Peter obtained a law degree at Sydney University in 1978 and practiced law with his father in a typical suburban legal office, hence gaining valuable experience and exposure to a variety of areas of the law.

In 1985, having worked as an employed Factual Investigator for five years, Peter commenced business in his own right and hence Quantum Investigations evolved. In the first few years Peter worked from home and the business was quite simply, a “one man band” with Peter the only employee undertaking factual investigations on behalf of a limited number of clients.

In time the portfolio of clients increased, necessitating the provision of surveillance services and the employment of office staff and additional investigative personnel and the relocation of the business into office premises in Neutral Bay.

By 1995 the business had grown to a point that it employed various office staff and over 25 employed and sub contracted investigative personnel.

In 1997 the business opened an office in Newcastle to better service the Hunter and North Coast regions.

Having now been in the industry for over 20 years Peter has developed a unique understanding of the diverse needs of clients and the operational requirements of a successful business model. He has also embraced the major changes, both legislative and operational that have engulfed the industry, to ensure the longevity and ongoing success of the business.

Peter maintains a unique position in that he still undertakes an active interest in the daily operations including hands on management of files as well as staff recruitment and appraising. He is currently responsible for strategy and business development with a major focus on developing new technology to further enhance the ease with which clients are able to view and utilise our work.

Away from work Peter has three teenage children and is an avid golfer.
