Tim has led the Quantumcorp team through a period of phenomenal growth. From its humble beginnings, providing workers compensation claims investigation services to a handful of clients in Sydney, Quantumcorp today provides a full range of investigative services to all major insurers, law firms, government agencies, self-insurers and corporate clients across Australia's eastern states. Our national expansion program is also underway.

Quantumcorp’s growth and reputation are the result of Tim’s vision to raise the level of professionalism and competency across the Australian investigations industry.

Maintaining a close eye on industry shortcomings and client needs, Tim re-designed Quantumcorp’s service delivery model, and in the process pioneered many investigations industry “firsts” including:

• the creation of specialist investigation teams, starting with a psychological injury investigations team in 2009, and now including CTP, liability, general insurance and work injury damages teams
• a move away from subcontracted investigators in favour of employees, creating significant upside in training and development opportunities, and continuous improvement
• the development of a sophisticated software program – Q-track – to manage workflow and provide unprecedented levels of access, communication and overall transparency for clients.
